I spent my New Year at a hotel located in the heart of downtown and it was perfect to experience the city’s celebrations. The hotel's friendly staff was very helpful in guiding me to the nearby festival locations and suggesting good places to eat. The breakfast options offered a good variety of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. The room amenities were complete and the shuttle service was a great perk.
The hotel’s carpet had an unpleasant odor that did not dissipate even though the air conditioning was on. The bed was also too firm for my liking and not comfortable for a good night's rest.

Great value for money! We booked online and got an amazing deal. the hotel provided free snacks, water, and a shuttle service to almost anywhere, which was a real bonus. the front desk staff were lovely and spoke English well. We enjoyed a clean and comfortable room with complete amenities. the location was excellent too, close to the bus stop and within walking distance of many sights.
The breakfast options were not that great, so we ended up exploring the nearby restaurants. the mattress was a bit too hard for our liking.

The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to the metro station and an attractive scenic area. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, always with a smiling face. Additionally, the breakfast spread was satisfying with a good variety of options.

The hotel is situated in a serene environment and close to scenic spots such as the beautiful lake and shopping locations. easy access to transportation as it's located close to the metro station which makes it very convenient to explore the city. the hotel staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The breakfast served was below average and not very appetizing.
